Did you have a chance to see the People's Choice Awards last night? I DVR'd it and skipped through today, loving some of the colors that showed up, but not so many of the styles.
Besides Lucy Hale (shown below), who wore a color that just looked beautiful on her, who else really impressed at last night's People Choice Awards?

Every time I see an awards show, I think about the amazing opportunities these "stars" have to wear the most beautiful clothes in the world. And of course the magazines/editors have to say something positive about some of the clothing, so they exaggerate their positive feelings about a dress that was "pretty" or an outfit that looked nice, prime example from last night: Jennifer Aniston. There were articles about how hot she looked, how sexy...she looked good, but she usually does! She wore a black vest and pants with a unique necklace that made it a bit different, but come on, try something fun and different. It reminded me of the black vest and pants I own from Express.
And Taylor Swift looked pretty, but the ooh la la talk about the sheerness of her dress was a bit exaggerated as well. It was pretty simplistic with regard to style and color and definitely wasn't as risque as some articles were making it out to be.

Julie Bowen looked pretty in her coral colored dress, and I appreciated the deep vee neckline, though I would've liked a tighter waistline to better flatter her figure. There was a tie but it seemed like it should've been pulled a bit more.
What did you think of AnnaLynne McCord?
I think she is fabulous and I love her character on 90210, and though the color was great, the dress style was not figure-flattering unless she was trying to look so skinny that some people might start to wonder if she's eating well balanced. I truly hope she is and that everyone there had a super fun night and has more fun with their fashion next awards show.
I love seeing all of the women try to walk across the stage in their SUPER high heels. They, and everyone else, know that they can't walk well in them, but they love the shoes and the way they feel in them, and THAT is fun and fabulous. Why not? It's one night and they are GOING for it.
What are YOUR opinions on the fashion of last night?
