When traveling to sunny skies during this blizzard of a winter, what's a gal to wear?

• one of my two options of floral hats
• a cotton maxi dress with built-in bra
• a super soft leather jacket
• nude-colored leather flat boots with ventilation in the back
• gold hoop earrings
• lots of mascara, some concealer (no foundation so the skin can breathe on the dry airplane), a bit of a flush from pink blush, and bright pink lip gloss

What have you got? A comfortable outfit with layers for the changing temperatures (winter air, airport with air conditioning, hot and then cold air in the airplane, and hot weather off of the plane).

And I'm off!

It's so important to take a few days each year to just unwind, feel the sand in between your toes, and read a book, hearing the waves crash...
