It's clear that Americans get too much sodium, and the new guidelines endorse cutting back to 1,500 mg per day for people over age 51, African-Americans, and people with high blood pressure. That's more than half of all Americans. The rest of us are advised to cut back to less than 2,300 mg of sodium per day.

Is this a joke? Must have taken them 2 whole seconds to come up with that original idea for these two themes. Phew - they are working too hard.

But what if we only gave the choice of a baked potato or a sweet potato? They will still have one choice, but both options are healthier than fries.
If they choose neither, then that's fine for now, but their taste buds will become accustomed to what they eat, so let's give healthy options.
