Grilling Burgers Without The Guilt

I thought the last post before the long weekend should be about grilling burgers since that's what so many of us do during Memorial Day Weekend. 

But why do burgers need to be made of beef? 
Try veggie, bison, chicken, salmon, or turkey burgers for lower fat, high protein options.

Don't forget to add vegetables to your burger or as your side dish because your plate SHOULD NOT BE JUST BROWN FOOD. Add color! But red from ketchup doesn't count (wink wink)....
