Yes or no, the mind is still on the abs, legs and butt.
I'll get to the ABS, but for now, let's focus on the LEGS and BUTT ((Set up your own program here!)
Below are 5 moves you can perform to start strengthening and toning:
Tightening the glutes, keeping your knees in....
If you'd like, moving into the full bridge pose, and lowering back down slowly....
Keeping your front knee behind your toes, performing lunges properly (Doing them forward and backward is especially beneficial!)...
Still keeping the knees behind your toes, pushing your butt back and down into a nice squat...
Placing your hands as I am in the photo, either in prayer pose or clasping the fingers together, will help with balance.
