Healthy Indian


Lentils, veggies, spices....oooh la la yummy Indian food made healthier!

Am I the only one who feels sick/gross after going out to eat for Indian food?  Well, I decided to do something about it. I am not one to complain unless I plan to fix the problem.

do you have a recipe? i love indian food, but i agree that restaurant indian food is soooo heavy!

Thank you! I do offer recipes in some of my newsletters and blogs, but most are for A+ Plan clients (wouldn't want to share everything and have my clients not feel special!). Look out for one or two over the summer!

I'll also address a comment I received...When I offer a recipe to clients, I offer the uniqueness of the A+ Plan, the reasons behind each of the ingredients, the reasons why certain ingredients that might usually be added to a food (Indian in this case) have not been, and the added touch that makes it so unique. I've offered several recipes to the public throughout the history of the A+ Plan and love when the public enjoys them (To answer your question/comment, most people who use recipes online do not become clients. Those who are ready for a change and realize the impact I've made on my client's lives do. The A+ Plan is SO much more than just recipes.).
