Focusing on the ABS

It's officially bathing suit season, and I know most of you want to be able to wear a bikini or bathing suit without a t-shirt without feeling self conscious. So...

Here are a few exercises to get you on the right path to achieving your goals.

Think you need to lay down to do crunches?

Punching also works the abs!

3 legged dog to plank with knee in:

Arms back and as you crunch up, your arms move through and forward:

Criss cross, making sure to push your foot all the way out, and then straight in:

Lowering down as much as possible without arching your lower back:
 Crunch in:

 Holding forearm plank and moving into downward facing dog:


 Scissors!
