Healthy French Fries (and more!)

I had a great dinner last night, full of fiber, antioxidants, potassium, healthy grains and protein! And so...I wanted to share it with you to help inspire you to make your meals colorful, flavorful, and healthy!

Chicken, rice concoction, and baked french fries.
Feel free to use a combination of potato varieties. Mine all look white since most are white yams paired with some yearling.

French fries recipe:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. After scrubbing, use potato slicer to cut potatoes into crinkle form and place in a single layer on a pan (Mist with organic spray first of course.)
  3. Drizzle a little macadamia nut oil (lime and chille infused) over top.
  4. Sprinkle parsley, black pepper, powdered ginger, kelp or dulse granules, oregano, and
  5. Move everything around with a spatula and place in the oven for about an hour.
* Add spicy mustard for a kick to your taste buds and cancer-fighting properties.

A raspberry acai chocolate truffle, goji berries, blueberries, watermelon, blackberries, strawberries, plums and grapes for sweetness afterwards.
