Who wants dinner?!
Turkey burger and fries = my son's favorite meal that he asks for quite often
So....I can't just make the same thing every time, and I thought you might like to read what I decided to make!
This time, I decided to add onion, garlic, and a little zebra striped green tomato into the organic turkey (a drizzle of macadamia nut oil on the pan).
The kale side dish became more "spicy" with fire roasted tomatoes, spices, and a little macadamia nut oil.
Add some fresh salsa by chopping garlic, fresh zebra striped tomato, fresh yellow tomato, fresh cilantro and black pepper....
...and add red pepper and fire roasted tomatoes, and some lime juice for extra zest.
* Puree for a more "salsa-like" consistency.
Spicy mustard, leftover baked potato fries, and natural pickles (tons more flavor!) added to the turkey and kale side dish and you've created a healthy, flavorful meal. Enjoy!
