Inner and Outer Thighs

"But what can I do for my thighs?!"

That's a question I hear often, so I wanted to share a few exercise moves that I hope will help guide you on your way to achieving your goals.

But first, I wanted to share some info. about running socks I was just introduced to since they might help motivate you. They have cushioning in them, making it more comfortable to run. They're called "Power Rod by Thorlo Pads,"  and I got them from Lady Foot Locker. 
*I also love the Lululemon socks a former client and close friend gave to me!


After your run, or other preferred form of cardio, try some toning exercises!

Side lunge:
Side kicks (Add a punch to work your arms too!)
Lift your heels to work your inner thighs AND calves.
And keep loving those squats! Sink it!
