Think you'll try this side dish?

I have never been a fan of brussel sprouts...until now.


Artichokes, carrots, brussel sprouts, and red pepper, along with a drizzle of chile-infused macadamia nut oil and spices, and this dish was DELIC! 
Baked at 350 degrees for 45 minutes-1 hour, the veggies should be soft with a slight crisp to them. 

And yes, my 3-year-old even enjoyed ;)
