STRETCH


We often lean forward, at our desks all day long, helping our toddlers potty train, and doing every other daily activity that pulls our body forward....

So let's stretch our shoulders back...feel the muscles in our backs....

Clasping our hands behind our back, and with a slight bend in our knees, hinging forward at the hips, moving to one side, then the middle, and to the other side...



A bind can also be helpful...


And then just stretching our arms back as a nice, relaxing final stretch...opening up...
