Last week, I got certified in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, and I couldn't be more thrilled. Now I get to help mothers-to-be and newtime mothers feel confident and comfortable in their skin and moving their bodies without feeling too much pressure/stress.
I look forward to offering this as an individual program and also incorporating this into the A+ Plan Pregnancy Plan to assist all of you, your friends, and your family.
