Not every fish dish smells up the house!

This might just be my son's favorite meal at our house, and I have to say, I enjoy it as well.

I bought wild chilean sea bass from the Grand Central Market (GREAT fish), added a drizzle of coconut oil, garlic powder, turmeric, black pepper, and a couple other spices, and baked at 375 until the fork went right through the fish.

While the fish baked, my son enjoyed squeezing fresh lemon onto a baking dish of cut asparagus, red pepper, and carrots. We added a little turmeric and black pepper, and a drizzle of macadamia nut oil, and after mixing it up, we baked that as well.

Out the dishes came and a few pieces of avocado added to the side, dinner was served! Healthy, delicious, flavorful dinner in less than a half hour.
