Flourish

Dinner in 15 minutes!

The Flourish brand has created a pot-pie for those who are gluten-free now!

Slow-Cooked Greens
Vegetable Pot Pie with Yogurt and Lemon
Gluten free. Soy free.

These are not the gluten-free options.
I ate half with mahi mahi and veggies, and it was great. One pot-pie is 390 calories, 14g fat (2g sat.), so eating half with more protein and veggies is more ideal.



* Please note, this pot-pie does have dairy - non-fat yogurt helps make the inside creamier. I can't eat much dairy and I didn't feel sick eating half, so if you have an intolerance, you will probably be okay. If you have a true allergy, don't eat this one.
