Artificial Sugar = Weight Gain?

Do you use artificial sweeteners or the real stuff?

Article on how artificial sugar affects your appetite:
Artificial Sugar

Here's a summary:
GLP-I is an appetite suppressing hormone might help you eat less when you drink diet soda, but would you rather have a few glasses of diet soda a day or nutrition to fuel your body and brain?

But another study showed that the artificial sugar, Saccharin (found in Sweet N' Low and Sugar Twin), increases appetite (gaining weight!). The brain looks for calories when something sweet is consumed, and when it isn't, the metabolism slows. VERY interesting.

Conclusion - Artificial Sugar isn't good for you.

Does it make you hungrier or suppress your appetite?
