Kate Middleton wore a different dress for tonight's private reception, also by Sarah Burton of Alexander McQueen (Daily Mail reports). The bodice and style similar to the lace dress from this morning, but this time strapless.
A strapless satin gown with an embellished waist?
Seems like every other dress sold at Kleinfelds.
I did like the pairing with a cropped sweater since it added texture and a modern touch, though I found it a bit strange for this time of year to pair it with angora.

Was this ANYTHING in comparison to the magnificence of this morning?
From the dress to the hair to the veil, I thought it was just perfect.
And though I understand her wanting a less formal gown for the reception, I would've liked some added detail that would've made her stand out in a photo of modern brides.
