LOVE this collection! The flattering wide-leg printed pants, the usual mini's, and the hip-hugging silhouette...'70's meets 2012. I'm also loving the light blue denim...so fresh for Spring. And I'm not always a "big buckle" fan but these look hot!
Rochas's sequin fit 'n flare reminds me of my grandmother who sewed her own dress for my father's wedding:

I love the rich, bold colors! The blues, the red, the greens! The bright red paired with camel brown - LOVE! The silk!

Matching headscarf to dresses was something very different, yet it had a cool factor, and I loved the black/brown/white hooded maxi dress.
On the other end of the spectrum,
Maison Martin Margiela brought the dark, sultry looks...

Aaah...that strong shouldered coat...the leather...

The cutesy and boxy silhouettes and floral prints are such an opposing look to Maison's, and while I love both, the nude shoes and patent pumps give this feminine style an edge that stands up to Maison's.
Aah...
Christian Dior...

The sheer nude is so hot in the conservative silhouettes. The knee-length skirts are so flattering on every body shape. My favorite look was the sheer maxi skirt with the deep vee top (4th from the left)...not flattering on most but an oh wow on that model!
Celine's sculptural looks were so awesome when paired with ankle-strap platforms.

The combination of leather and cotton mixed the winter and summer seasons quite nicely for Spring/Summer. I'm big into mixing seasonal items, and I love the rich green leather top paired with the flowy cream slacks.
What did you think of Paris Fashion Week 2012?
