Yummo!

Last night's dinner was so tasty! 
Can you believe my just-turned-three-year-old truly loved his dinner of scallops with bean chili, blue potatoes, and squash with cinnamon? 
Yes, children CAN eat healthy and still enjoy it!

Family dinners don't have to revolve around the cook making 5 different meals for 5 different people. The easiest way to keep the family eating well all together? Starting them out right. 

I've heard people say, "This is when my kid can live it up and eat whatever she/he wants! They don't have to worry at this age!" but starting them eating right when they're young is key to helping their path become easier and healthier. Food also affects moods and attitudes, so food is really so important.
