Aaah...Paris

The prints, the drapery, the rich fabrics, the structure and sophistication - loving Paris fashion!

HERMES

2nd from the left? Yes, that's my favorite. Although I usually recommend showing some skin, the fact that only her face shows is what makes this so special. The perfection in layering, the long leather gloves and high leather boots, long cape and printed dress, and the hat that fits so perfectly over her head...and this layering was consistent throughout the collection.

GIVENCHY

Pefectly placed prints, mohair sweaters, printed and sheer pencil skirts, and varsity jackets (a strange mix but kind of exciting!).

And pointy shoes are back!

JOHN GALLIANO

Oh how I love Old Hollywood movies for the fashion! This is so costumey for 2011, but yet it works so well with the ladylike fashions for fall.
The hats, so sexy covering one eye, the luxurious fabrics and materials used, the drapery and detailed suiting, the beautiful trims, and the dark, sultry makeup...aaah....

AKRIS

Fall colors, so rich and luxurious in suede, jacquard and wool, photographic prints, and high necklines...

ISABEL MURANT

Here come the fringe boots, casual denim-wear, and loose tops and coats! Suede, denim, patchwork...we're ready!

YOHJI YAMAMOTO

Lady Gaga meets Kesha meets the '90s grunge girl downtown.

Flowy sheerness, '90s combat boots (Still loving Docs!), and printed leggings look comfortable, interesting, and youthful.

ZAC POSEN

 Sophisticated, glamorous day wear.

I can totally see someone wearing these outfits to work and then out to dinner and cocktails.

And the long dress would look great at the opera or worn at a wedding. My favorite? The silver top with navy cropped pants. I don't even care if it's itchy or uncomfortable - I'm SO wearing it.

Show your curves, ladies!

DIOR

Thigh-high platform boots, silk paired with wool, velvet and fur, sheer tops and long coats looked so good on the runway it's tough to imagine what it will be like next year without Galliano.

LANVIN

Flats paired with skirt suits and structured dresses in neutrals and coral made this collection stand out on their own, but the large hats and floral hair accessories were WOW statements on their own.
  • crushed fur, gazar, wool, organza, silk
  • loafers, boxy vintage-style bags
PEDRO LOURENCO

I LOVE this collection. And when I say love, I mean unique, quality, trendy, stylish, mature yet youthful, AMAZING.

The sheer, sharp cuts and sexy richness of this collection makes this the epitome of fashionable women all over the world.
