Fish Dinner? YES!

We enjoyed a delicious, healthy dinner tonight, and I thought it might help inspire some in you since we often get into ruts, right?

Dinner tonight:
  • Wild Snapper
  • Chilean Sea Bass
  • Low Sodium Soy/Tamari Sauce
  • Macadamia Nut Oil
  • Organic Kale
  • Organic Mushrooms
  • Organic Bok Choy
  • Organic fresh Cilantro
  • Pomegranates
  • Mango
  • Pieces of organic rice burgers (mine quinoa burger, and my son's, macro burger)
  • Spices

Caribbean flavor!

My son's new favorite food? Chilean Sea Bass! Wow...expensive yet good taste ;)
