For the first night of Fall, I decided to make turkey burgers and turkey cheeseburgers (non-dairy cheese).
I also baked veggies: broccoli, squash, carrots (big and small), and kale. To the dish, I added a drizzle of coconut oil, a little goat cheese, garlic, shallots, and various spices, sprinkled by my son, who had a ton of fun creating this dish with me, and added to the plate along with sliced pickle, mustard, and avocado.
