Tonight's Dinner

We were in the mood for fish for dinner, so we stopped by the food store and made things easy for ourselves - a bit of flounder, a few wild scallops, and a little wild salmon.

The salmon baked in the oven, the scallops and flounder on a skillet, and the steamed carrots and broccoli and baked sweet potato fries just reheated as leftovers because...why not?!

It was a delicious, nutritious, satiating, brain-boosting and muscle-building meal for adults and children alike.

Lemon, spices, and garlic were main themes in the meal tonight to fight off the cough that everyone around us seems to have lingering.

* Homemade tartar sauce from Whole Foods is the "white stuff" on the side for a little extra something.
