Oh these veggie turkey burgers were so tasty I had to share!
Ingredients:
- Two different types of organic turkey packages
- 1 egg
- about 1/4 cup of tortilla bread crumbs (A+ Plan Clients - ask for more details!)
- chopped cilantro
- chopped parsley
- black pepper
- cut pieces of collard greens
- chopped purple cabbage
Easy as pie, using your hands, mix all ingredients together and form into patties. Add a little bit of macadamia nut oil onto a grill pan and grill those patties! They're moist, flavorful, and of course nutritious. Enjoy!
