  • vegetables 
  • soup
  • fruit
  • bananas
  • smoothies
  • wheat-free bars
  • healthy cookies
  • water
  • tea
  • pasta
  • chili
  • everything!
I say don't go with "everything" (wink wink), but expand your palette and don't be afraid to try new foods. See how your body feels after each food and eat what makes you feel GREAT!
