Lemon Chicken

I have to admit something. I made lemon chicken and the next day could not stop thinking about it. Yes, it's true.


* organic chicken dipped in egg and then tortilla crumbs, cooked on a pan with a drizzle of macadamia nut oil, fresh lemon and lime and garlic poured over top
 * green beans and carrots with slivered almonds, a drizzle of macadamia nut oil, and spices
 * a little wheat-free quinoa pasta with dulse flakes and black pepper and extra lemon 

Enjoy a quick and easy meal that's healthy and delicious!
