Exercise Idea

I went running one day last week and was pressed for time so....I stopped by the food store for a few items real quick, splitting the grocery bags by weight and ran home!
 
Try it sometime - it gets heavy pretty quickly! It's not so heavy that it affects the joints though, so have fun with a little change.

When I got home, with the groceries on my wrists.
