Cameron Diaz heard this quote and thought it was so meaningful, "Comparison is a brutal assault on oneself."
She said that you're basically saying what you are isn't good enough when you compare yourself to others, your body to someone else's.
It's so true! Why do we view supermodels and celebrities, wondering how we can get their bodies? First of all, so much is airbrushed so it isn't even real, and second, why don't we realize that everyone has something about their body that they don't love. But let's LOVE our bodies!
