Vitamin C Salad

I enjoyed the most delicious salad for lunch yesterday, full of Vitamin C and antioxidants. 


I, and so many others, have found that salads taste better when someone else makes them. But I wanted to make a salad that looked visually pleasing and had all of the extras I would normally get when ordering a salad!

I went to the grocery store and bought everything I would want to create an amazing salad:
  • organic artichokes
  • organic hearts of palm
  • mango salsa
  • organic blueberries
  • organic red pepper
  • organic mushrooms
  • organic spinach
  • a small handful of raw organic almonds
  • apple cider vinegar
  • (A+ Plan Clients - ask me about my avocado dressing!)
 Today I had a similar salad, with chicken salad instead of almonds for protein, and just apple cider vinegar instead of the avocado dressing:
