Wow - brunch!

Weekends are a time to relax, to enjoy a different meal than those made for rushing each morning. Last weekend, I made organic eggs (1 egg and 2 egg whites), added some avocado and a gluten free waffle, and allowed a handful of superfoods and dairy free chocolate chips to melt with the warm waffle. The blueberries were a nice added flavor.
