...and unfortunately my monthly friend came at the wrong time for attempting to be strong against my lactose craving (People often crave what they're allergic to, and I have a strong intolerance to cow dairy.).
But...my body is craving it for a reason. My body wants calcium, so it craves dairy - makes sense!
I did well on November 1st, the first day of the program to assist myself with releasing the need for a daily dose of low fat ice cream. I chose grapes with one of the A+ Plan trail mix desserts, and that was a perfect dose of sweetness after dinner for my body.
I am actually looking forward to listening to my body's cravings this month. Are you?
