WEEKLY INSPIRATION - You Can

This week, I am able to give you a visual inspiration. There are 3 major points here, and I hope they inspire you in the upcoming week (see bold points).

Just look at my yoga teacher, Kristin, and her ability to focus, and her strength mentally and physically to be able to use her body in this fashion:

"I CAN."

My partner was Diana, who has actually been in 3 levels with me towards our 200 hour certification. She was the best coach I could've had. She has let go of fear and thrives on someone assisting her to perfection in the pose. Mudita - non jealousy. I was able to see the beauty in her poses and in her mental strength and keep them separate from my own personal journey.

We learned that we often have fear physically when we have fear with things going on in life. Are you a worrier? Then do you think you'd be able to trust your arms to go into a handstand? 

I am not so much a worrier but I do have some fear (and am also still nursing a shoulder/arm injury), so while I was able to get into a handstand with Diana's assistance, this position shown below is one that I was focused enough to get into myself and stay there for several moments. We have to listen to our bodies and do what's best for ourselves instead of trying to emulate others. We know...we just have to listen.
