I went to the aquarium with my son yesterday, and I have never appreciated the colors and small movements of life so much before.
I mean, could this get any better?

And then he was a very happy boy when he got some frozen yogurt afterwards while we enjoyed sunshine in the city park....
It was the type of day that makes you truly appreciate what life has to offer.

I especially appreciate that I have love in my life from my wonderful family and the gift of good health.
