How can you make weekend breakfasts more "special?"
How about some eggs with greens and a bit of goat cheese? A gluten-free or multigrain waffle and blueberries on the side?
Like the waffle part but not in the mood for eggs? Add some unsweetened organic applesauce and strawberries to the waffles and organic cottage cheese with cinnamon.
And remember, a good breakfast will be the start to a great day, nutritiously, emotionally, and physically!
